All rentals run from Sunday to Saturday, 2pm check out.

Weekly: - $400 per week*

Monthly: - $1,200 per mo.

Season: (Memorial Day to Labor Day Weekend) - $4,000 total

Holiday Rates: July 4th week - $600, Labor Day (extended to Tuesday) - $800

Tents, pop ups or motor homes may be parked in the lot during a rental period. There are no hookups.

A $200 deposit for weekly rentals and $400 deposit for monthly rentals is required. Please note that reservations will be held once deposit is received.

Cancellation Policy: Must be made within 14 days prior to rental. Deposit will be forfeited.

Returned Check Policy: $30 NSF fee will be charged.

Requirements for “Mini-Me Mansion” Rental

The owners, David & Tammy, have a cottage at 412 Huron Ave. and are looking for guests who will find the peaceful neighborhood, great view and wonderful neighbors a treasure. Please: Be respectful of neighbors, no smoking, no pets. Bring your own linens, towels and trash bags. The cottage must be left clean, undamaged and with no missing items.
